These terms govern your use of solutionsnovagrowth.com and its subdomains. By browsing the site you accept them.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services, view our portfolio and contact us. You may not use it for illegal purposes, submit false information or other people's data without permission, try to access our systems without authorization, or copy our content without permission except as the law allows.
3. Information, demos and prices
Site content is for information only. Interactive demos (AI agent chat, sample dashboards and calendars) use fictional data and are labeled "Example", "Demo" or "Sample data"; they are not real client results.
Prices shown as "from" are reference prices for the scope described next to them. Each project's final price is set in a written quote, including applicable taxes.
4. Hiring our services
No conversation, form or quote builder on the site creates a contract by itself. A service is hired when you accept a written quote or sign a contract with us, which defines scope, deliverables, revision rounds, timelines, price, payment terms and usage rights, and prevails over these terms.
We do not guarantee specific business results (sales, followers, conversions or ROI). We do commit to delivering what was agreed, with the agreed quality and timing.
5. Portfolio
- Client: work made for a client and shown with their permission. Work made through an agency is labeled as such.
- Original work: created by our team on our own initiative.
- Personal project: made by a team member without a commercial commission.
- Spec · test piece: created as a sample or skills test. It was not commissioned or approved by the brand shown and does not imply any business relationship with or endorsement by that brand.
Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. If you own a brand or appear in a piece and want it removed, contact us and we will remove it.
6. Artificial intelligence
Some services use AI tools to generate images, video, voice or text, always under human direction and review. We disclose this in the quote and, when appropriate, in the final piece. We do not create content that imitates real people without their permission or that is misleading.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, text, code, Nova Growth logos and our original works belong to us or are used under license. Ownership and usage rights for work created for a client are governed by that project's contract or quote.
8. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site working and accurate, but interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions based only on its informational content. This does not limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
9. Links to other sites
The site may link to client sites, video platforms or social networks. We do not control them; their own terms and policies apply.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be addressed directly with us and, failing that, by the competent courts of Pasto, Nariño, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have.
