2. Legal framework

We are a Colombian company. This policy follows Colombian Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015. If you visit us from another country, we also respect the privacy rights granted by the law where you live, to the extent they apply.

3. Data we collect

• Contact details: name, company, role, email, phone or WhatsApp, from our forms, chats, emails and call bookings.
• Request details: the service you need, project description, approximate budget and timing.
• Contract and billing data: legal name, tax ID and billing address when you hire us.
• Project material: videos, photos, voices, documents and data you give us to deliver a service.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and traffic source, through cookies and analytics.

We never ask for bank details or passwords through the website.

4. Why we use it

• To answer your requests, prepare assessments and send quotes.
• To deliver the services you hire.
• To invoice, collect payments and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
• To handle questions, complaints and warranty claims.
• To send you marketing about our services, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
• To measure how the website and our ads perform, and to keep the site secure.

When a client gives us third-party data for a project, we act as a data processor: we use it only for that project and under the client's instructions.

5. Consent

We process your data with your prior, express and informed consent, for example when you tick the box on our forms or message us on WhatsApp to request information. We keep a record of that consent.

6. Sensitive data and minors

We do not require sensitive data. When a video project includes a person's image or voice, we request a specific image-use release. We only process minors' data or images with their legal guardian's authorization.

7. Your rights

You can access, update and correct your data; ask for proof of your consent; learn how we used your data; withdraw your consent or request deletion when no legal duty requires us to keep it; and file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) after contacting us first. Access is free.

8. How to exercise your rights

Email admin@solutionsnovagrowth.com with the subject "Personal data", including your name, ID, your request and how we should reply. We answer questions within 10 business days (extendable by 5) and claims within 15 business days (extendable by 8).

9. Service providers and international transfers

We use technology providers that may store or process data outside Colombia, mainly in the United States and the European Union: web hosting, cloud email and documents, WhatsApp and Meta, Google analytics, video services and AI tools. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use our own and third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to understand visits and ad performance. You can reject non-essential cookies in the cookie banner or in your browser settings; the site will still work.

11. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. We keep data for as long as our business relationship lasts and as required by law (for example, 10 years for accounting records). Data from prospects who do not become clients is kept for up to 2 years after the last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
